IN 2016, Maynmar Unilever was looking for a contractor to execute their detergent powder upgrade project, they had reached AnhuiMingzhi Chemical Equipment Engineering Co.Ltd for carrying out such work.    It has been pointed out that we've done excellent work by upgrading the capacity of their washing powder production line from the original 8T/H to 10T/H based on the existing conditions. The equipment we had fabricated for the modification project in order to upgrade the capacity was highly approved and praised by the customer, such as belt conveyor, zeolite LIW, soda ash LIW and color particle LIW.   The result amazed the client, and the liquid detergent modification project has become one of their most successful production line. It's been running smoothly since then and appreciated not only by the client in terms of business outcome, but their engineering team when it comes to the easement of operation and maintenance.   

ONE EPC project we have proudly done was in 2019.   The Myanmar 5T/H washing powder EPC project was designed and fabricated in-house. Many highlights of this project have been approved and praised by the client, one of which particularly drew their attention was the complete Unilever design scheme with fully automatic feeding and batching that we applied in the project.   As an experienced washing powder production line EPC contractor, we value the quality of design as important as the quality of our products. Only good design that comes with easement of use, efficiency and cost& energy saving, can truly able to make the most out of one production line; along with the excellent hardware, a good and long-lasting production line can be finally achieved.   

SODIUM silicate is one of the important parts of detergent powder. Not only AnhuiMingzhi is capable of carrying out EPC projects as the EPC contractor for washing powder production lines and liquid detergent production lines. Designing the production line for sodium silicate as well as fabricating the required equipment is also one of our specialties. Our most professional engineers are able to execute multiple product production lines including sodium silicate and detergent powder etc.    One of the successful cases is the Tanzania 2.5T/H sodium silicate project finished in 2019. Like many other EPC projects, it was designed in-house with our most professional engineers, all equipment was fabricated within by our experienced workers, installed and debugged by our team.
