At the beginning of the year, we were invited by the client to visit the site of the 15T/H detergent powder project, which is currently undergoing debugging.     The entire factory installation has been completed, and with the joint efforts of both parties, the factory has the production capacity of targeted in the contract, with a grand and beautiful appearance. The customer highly appreciated and unanimously affirmed the appearance, equipment quality, and installation quality of the entire project.     On the second day of our arrival, formal debugging began; Within just a few hours, not only qualified laundry detergent powder was produced in one go; According to the customer, it surpassed the quality of the powder produced by any existing factory of the customer's plant. For the high-quality laundry detergent that can be produced in just a few hours at one- time debugging, customers have given high recognition and gratitude to the entire equipment, our professionalism, and the efforts of our on-site team.     Afterwards, the client held a series of meetings with us to discuss the follow-up continuous debugging work and the improvement of the remaining work.     We are glad that our efforts have not been in vain, and our customers have seen the final successful product. It's not just our equipment and the high-quality laundry detergent we produce, but also the result of our design, equipment, installation, debugging, and the efforts of our staff.                

After 9 months of hard work, friendly cooperation between the client's employed workers and the contractor's laborers, as well as on-site engineer guidance and manage, the installation work of the 15T/H detergent powder project is about to coming to an end.   With most major equipment and machinery installed, more detailed work was also carried out and implemented. Most of the works at later stage were highly appraised by our client, and the client was also satisfied with the progress and the quality of its overall presentation.    It is foreseen that in less than one month, the installation work of this project will be finished and the debugging work will be followed up soon right around the corner. We are glad to have another achievement approved by our client and helped our customer to move closer to their goal.        

Recently, customers from Dubai came to visit our company, and we are pleased to welcome the team from Dubai to visit our company and factory.   The trip was short, but we definitely left a deep impression on the other party. The customer arrived at our factory in the morning and started a pleasant factory tour, carefully visited and asked about the factory production, inspected the workshop production technology and capabilities; then we held a meeting in the conference room. The customer asked a lot of questions, and our experienced engineering team solved them all.   From the entire production process to specific equipment, such as the post-mixer, we provided detailed explanations and insightful suggestions, and received real recognition from the customer. The meeting was held in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The short trip ended with a delicious lunch in one of our most authentic local restaurants.   We are certainly looking forward to welcoming them again or meeting them in Dubai in the near future.      

ON October 20th, our engineers at a project site in Africa reported good news that the 5T/H detergent powder project was successfully debugged in one go!   The one-time success of this debugging is not only due to the hard work of Chinese and local workers on site over the past few months, but also to our engineers' control of the project, excellent design, high-quality production of equipment, and their responsibility for each stage on site; Moreover, due to sufficient preparation during the pre debugging phase, this debugging was successful in one go.   We are proud of the results of our project, as well as the recognition and high appreciation we have received from our clients for every effort we have put in.              

In early September 2024, Anhui Mingzhi Chemical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. carried out the safety standard production operation assessment and audit mechanism as scheduled. After a series of reviews, audits, safety standard education, emergency response document review, and elimination of safety hazards in the factory, our company successfully completed the safety standard assessment process and "graduated" with excellent results. Our efforts in safety production have finally paid off; this also means that Anhui Mingzhi Chemical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. is a safety production unit recognized by the Chinese government and relevant agencies; and has a professional team to provide customers with high-quality services while ensuring the safety and efficiency of the production process.     During the assessment and audit, the inspection team highly appreciated the high-quality production environment shown in our production workshop, such as workers wearing safety equipment as required; the operation area planning is clear and reasonable; each operation and the waste generated by it are stacked in designated locations, etc. Although there are some subtleties that we have not done completely, it does not prevent the safety production of our factory production workshop from being recognized and appreciated by the inspection team at a level far above the qualified line.     Our requirements and implementation of production safety are not only in our own production workshop. We also implement them at all our washing powder production project sites with the same requirements as the implementation standard. In the past nearly 20 years, Anhui Mingzhi has not had a major safety accident. This is all due to our high requirements and strict standards for production safety. Just like our high requirements for product quality, we hope to be recognized by more customers in the future.            

Last week, we gladly welcomed a team from Africa to visit our company & factory.     The itinerary is rather short, but we surely have impressed each other deeply. The meeting proceeded in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This short trip ended with a lovely lunch at one of our most authentic local restaurants.     We certainly look forward to welcome them again or meeting them in Africa in the close future.

As time goes by, the progress of our 15t/h project is also gradually progressing. The powder spray tower has been fabricated and installed in place, and all subsequent improvement work will be ready. All other equipment such as tanks and belt conveyors, etc are moved into place, some of which are fabricated and some of which are installed.   The work has been carried out as scheduled and is being pushed forward step by step as planned. Overall, under the good cooperation between the two parties (the client and we as the contractor), and the hard work of workers & engineers from both sides, The project site has begun to take shape and is gradually improving.      

Congratulations on one of our new orders, from a world-known company that specializes in soap and laundry detergent; and now is seeking color speckle solutions.    After a thorough illustration and explanation of our proposal, and displayed our products as well as design scheme; the client approved and praised our proposal and, accepted our quote and offer.    It was another case in which we won a client with our high-quality product, professionalism, design, and service concept; it is also another conclusive proof that the quality will speak for itself, not only the physical product; but the invisible product that flows in our veins such as how we execute works and serve our clients.
